About Keith Sharp

Keith has lived in the Upper West Side neighborhood for 30 years, all the while being a neighborhood leader and activist there.  He was the neighborhood association president, neighborhood representative to NPU-D (neighborhood planning unit for City of Atlanta) for a decade, and has sold more than 600 homes during the last 20 years throughout the area.

He is a community leader and is well acquainted with the Mayor Andre Dickens, District 9 Council Member Dustin Hillis, along with many other members of City Council, Commissioners of City Planning, Watershed Management, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and countless department members at City Hall.  Keith is also the community improvement leader at Riverwalk Atlanta and Groundwork Atlanta – Non-profits which are developing and promoting the vision of a 5-mile greenway trail and 500+ acre park along Atlanta’s border with the Chattahoochee River.

Keith is a valuable and experienced consultant in all aspects of real estate and land development, including zoning and permitting.  He is an expert regarding the development of the neighborhoods throughout the northwest Atlanta area, and a watchdog for the natural and historic preservation throughout, ensuring the charm and beauty of the neighborhoods will be kept intact throughout the white hot developing Upper West Side.
